ACUC Diver First Aid Provider
Introduction
Theory and practical course that extends over the Rescue Course and covers the topics related to general First Aid,
including non water related emergencies. It includes:
How to act when confronted with an injured person:
a) Shocks, fainting and lipothimias
b) Real and apparent death
c) CPR
d) Injured person pickup and transportation
e) Thermic traumatisms
f) Injuries
g) Haemorrhages
h) Sprains, dislocations and fractures
i) Injuries by fauna
j) Convulsions
k) First Aid Emergency Kit
Prerequisites for Training
There are no prerequisites, any person can take it, even non divers
Training Fees
Indian Rupees 7000/-. Fees covers ACUC First Aid Provider Course + Certification + ACUC sticker + Diver Passport.
This Course also includes Oxygen Provider Certification, since the topics are covered in First Aid Provider Course.
However, Certification will be separate for First Aid Provider and Oxygen Provider.
For ACUC Open Water Diver + ACUC Advanced Diver + ACUC Rescue Diver + ACUC First Aid Provider, the fees will be
